J. Daniel Bromley is an associate and practices in Duncan Craig LLP Personal Injury area dedicating his professional legal career helping injured victims recover proper monetary compensation for their treatment and care. Beginning each matter with reviewing the claim with his client, Dan ensures they are comforted with his knowledge, resources and calm manner needed to attain a timely and fair settlement. Dan has appeared as counsel at all levels of Alberta courts, including Provincial Court, Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
In Dan's Own Words:
"When clients contact me after an injury, they are typically being buried in forms, paper-work, appointments and calls from adjusters. They are stuck trying to navigate a complicated system without experience, and often while also dealing with difficult injuries. Using both experience and a friendly, problem-solving attitude, I help my clients get the treatment they’re entitled to, build their injury claim, and reach a fair resolution.”
Dan graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2007 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2012. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013.
Dan spends his quality time with his wife and son, and their dog Valkyrie and budgie Matcha who talks and talks. For hobbies he likes to travel and play hockey – and like Mr. Hockey (Gordie Howe), Dan considers himself bilingual and speaks English and profanity.
