Jarin Myskiw is a partner practising in our litigation practice group primarily in the areas of insurance defence & risk management, employment law, and personal injury law.
Jarin has experience drafting employment and independent contractor agreements, defence and prosecution of wrongful dismissal claims, Human Rights complaints, motor vehicle claims and home warranty claims. He has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
Jarin graduated from the School of Business (with distinction) at the University of Alberta in 2005. After working a year in the hospitality industry, Jarin obtained his Law degree from the University of Alberta in 2009. Jarin joined the partnership in January 2018.
Jarin is heavily involved in Edmonton's soccer community having played five years with the Golden Bears Varsity soccer squad winning two CIS National Championships. He also served as the Associate Coach of the Concordia University Women's soccer team in 2005 and currently is the President of the Golden Bears Soccer Alumni Society.
