Bob is a highly skilled counsel specializing in a wide range of legal areas including banking, lending, security transactions, mortgage transactions and corporate acquisitions. With his extensive expertise, he provides invaluable assistance to clients, tackling various general corporate commercial issues concerning corporations, and shareholders and partnerships frequently involving restructuring or refinancing. Additionally, Bob possesses wide knowledge and experience in commercial real estate, land development, leasing, builders' liens, financing related to real property, and preparation of construction-related claims.

Bob's dedication to the community goes beyond his legal practice. He served as the Honourary Chair of the esteemed Alberta Diabetes Foundation. He also contributed his time and expertise as a Board member and Secretary of the Visual Arts Alberta Association, actively promoting and advocating for the arts. Bob was also proudly the Chair of the reunion committee for Grandin School which welcomed over 2,000 former students to a gala 3-day event.

With Bob's multifaceted legal skills and commitment to making a difference, he is an invaluable asset to both his clients and the community at large. He enjoys his downtime with his family spending time at their island cottage on the Lake of Woods in Ontario, and for many years participated in an annual fishing expedition to a remote lake in NWT. Bob and his wife, Joan, are the proud parents of one son and much enjoy their grandson.
