Sharisse McCalla is a lawyer practicing in our business solutions, real estate, and financial services practice groups.
In her real estate practice, she focuses on commercial real estate. leasing and financing, and In her business law practice she deals with all corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, unanimous shareholder agreements, partnerships and joint ventures. Within her practice in the area of financial services Sharisse focuses on financing for financial institutions and financing in commercial real estate transactions.
Sharisse was born and raised in Edmonton and received her Law Degree from the University of Alberta in 2000.
In her spare time, Sharisse spends an inordinate amount of time at various hockey rinks due to her driving her two young sons to their hockey practices and games. Within our community, Sharisse volunteers as a presenter for the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC).
