Law Firm of the Year: Trusts and Estates

For the first time ever we have had one of our practice groups recognized as the Law Firm of the Year. Only one firm in each category is recognized nationwide annually. Congratulations to our Estates Solutions team for being recognized the area of Trusts and Estates!

The Estates Solutions team has worked hard across several decades to build a reputation both within Alberta and across the country. We are very proud of their efforts and the recognition that they have earned. The criteria for this selection is these awards are given to a single firm nationwide for excellence in a specific practice area. The recognitions are based on several criteria, including feedback from lawyers recognized by Best Lawyers on the individual and firm-wide work, historical analysis of the firm’s "Lawyer of the Year" awards in this area, and peer-review scores for the firm's work in a specific practice area. This year, for the first time, we invited firms in Canada to provide feedback on significant matters in certain practice areas that highlight the practice and its strongest work.
