Trent Kulchar



Trent Kulchar is an associate in the Litigation practice group practising corporate and commercial litigation including insolvency and restructuring.

Trent has a broad range of experience including: commercial arbitrations, commercial lease disputes, oppression actions, class actions, construction disputes, trusts litigation, oil and gas disputes, securities litigation, judicial reviews, fatality inquiries, constitutional litigation, estate litigation and real property disputes.

Prior to joining Duncan Craig LLP Trent was an associate at a prominent litigation boutique and a barrister with Alberta Justice and Solicitor General.
